If your company would like to be considered for a corporate tent at this year’s JLL Property Triathlon, please complete and return the form by Friday 3 April with your preferred choice of package.

Due to anticipated high demand we may not be able to accommodate everyone’s interest at the event. We will confirm if you have been successful by Friday 10 April.

To be considered, your company must have participants competing at this year’s event. Priority will be given to companies who have a higher number of entrants, and then on a first come first served basis. Please note that no gazebos are allowed on site

There are three tent packages on offer:

Package 1 – Tented Village – Large Tent

• The tent dimensions are 6m x 6m x 2.4m (D x W x H). It has three sides and the front is open.
  
• It comes with 2 trestle tables and 5 chairs. You can also order more tables and chairs if required at an additional cost (cost below).
  
• Tents are located in an arc on the grass spectators’ area in the main tented village.
  
• The cost includes a full colour full advert on the digital results screen which will be displayed intermittently throughout the day.
  
• You may brand your tent as you see fit (while being considerate of those around you).
  

Cost £1,375.00 + VAT

Table = £10 per table

Package 2 – The mound (along the run course closest to event village) – Medium Tent

• The tent dimensions are 6m x 3m x 2.4m (D x W x H). It has three sides and the front is open.
  
• It comes with 1 trestle table and 4 chairs. You can also order more tables and chairs if required at an additional cost (cost below).
  
• Tents are located on the grass mound along the run course closest to the main event village.
  
• The cost includes a full colour full advert on the digital results screen which will be displayed intermittently throughout the day.
  
• You may brand your tent as you see fit (while being considerate of those around you).
